Sunday - Keep Healthy

 

Nowadays, people should concern with their health and lifestyle. *eceh,cakap mcm doctor je.

Kesihatan itu PENTING yea. Penting utk semua. So, I just wanna share tips2 to keep healthy.

  • Sleep 8 hours. Bangun pagiiiiii!!
  • Drink 8 glass plain water ( as u knw ).
  • 1 bottle of mineral water in your room, on table, in your car. Plus, in your handbag. Keep you away from hydration.
  • your fringe must have – some fruits and green vegetables.
  • Eat well-balanced diet. Yeah, setiap kali nak makan. sila tengok pyramid makanan tu.
  • Avoid wine, beer & ec cetera. ( non-muslims are encourage to do this :p )
  • Jogging is okay 2 start your day. Ada kolam kat rumah? okay, swimming lah.. Kuat lentang, kupu2 pon boleee.
  • make sure, rumah tu ade ruang pengudaraan yang baik.
  • Sweep your house.
  • Kata orang, bangun tidur je, tengok benda hijau eg, pokok. Sebagai terapi mata.
  • Use olive oil !
  • Wash your spoon & fork while eating outside. Walaupun tuan restoran da basuh, tp kita tak tahu dye basuh mcm mana. So, better basuh lagi.

Yang paling penting, sentiasa berdoa supaya kesihatan kita baik & dijauhi segala penyakit . amin :)
