Kesihatan itu PENTING yea. Penting utk semua. So, I just wanna share tips2 to keep healthy.
- Sleep 8 hours. Bangun pagiiiiii!!
- Drink 8 glass plain water ( as u knw ).
- 1 bottle of mineral water in your room, on table, in your car. Plus, in your handbag. Keep you away from hydration.
- your fringe must have – some fruits and green vegetables.
- Eat well-balanced diet. Yeah, setiap kali nak makan. sila tengok pyramid makanan tu.
- Avoid wine, beer & ec cetera. ( non-muslims are encourage to do this :p )
- Jogging is okay 2 start your day. Ada kolam kat rumah? okay, swimming lah.. Kuat lentang, kupu2 pon boleee.
- make sure, rumah tu ade ruang pengudaraan yang baik.
- Sweep your house.
- Kata orang, bangun tidur je, tengok benda hijau eg, pokok. Sebagai terapi mata.
- Use olive oil !
- Wash your spoon & fork while eating outside. Walaupun tuan restoran da basuh, tp kita tak tahu dye basuh mcm mana. So, better basuh lagi.
Yang paling penting, sentiasa berdoa supaya kesihatan kita baik & dijauhi segala penyakit . amin :)
